Certified Vegan

This logo indicates that the product has been certified 'Vegan' by the vegan society.

The green dot

This symbol lets the consumer know that the manufacturer contributes to the cost of recycling of the packaging.

Period after opening

The product must be used within the time frame indicated on the jar in months.

Recyclable packaging 

The recycle logo is used to show that the container the product came in is recyclable.

Cruelty Free

This indicates that the product has been certified 'Cruelty Free' by Cruelty free international.

Certified organic

this Is certification from the Soil Association that proves a product has met COSMOS standards

Flammable

This indicates that the product is flammable and should not be exposed to high heat or naked flames.

FAIRTRADE Sourced Ingredient (FSI) 

When a product has multiple ingredients, but only one* of them is on Fairtrade terms.

Estimated volume 

This means he amount of product listed on the label is estimated.

Ingredients are listed in quantity order, the higher up the list the ingredients the larger the amount in your product.

Ingredients on a product list are often listed in their INCI name - these are the systematic names internationally recognised across the world.

 

INCI names can be very different to the products common name.
